CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

While we strive to deliver the most beautiful floral arrangements and luxury gifts, we also want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Below is our official cancellation and refund policy, designed to keep both quality and customer satisfaction in mind.


📞 How to Cancel or Modify Your Order

If, for any reason, you need to cancel or make changes to your order, you can reach us by:

Please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to your requested delivery date for any changes or cancellations to be processed.


🚫 Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled or Changed

We sincerely regret that we cannot accept cancellations or changes for the following:

  • Perishable goods that have already been dispatched (e.g. fresh flowers, cakes).
  • Customized orders once the personalization process has begun.
  • Peak event orders (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, etc.) if the order was placed or processed four days or less before dispatch.

📩 Cancellation Confirmation

All cancellation or change requests will be confirmed via email. Once your request has been acknowledged and approved, we will proceed with processing your refund.


💳 Refund Policy

Once your cancellation has been approved, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The order qualifies under our cancellation window.
  • The product was not dispatched or customized.
  • The delivery was not completed due to an error on our end.

Please note:
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • The recipient refuses to accept the delivered item.
  • You decline the order after confirming it by clicking the “Place Your Order” button.
  • Perishable items have already been prepared or dispatched.

  • For flower delivery refunds in Islamabad, please reach out within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery to raise any concerns.
