🔹 Substitution Policy
Flowers are natural and seasonal products. In case a specific variety is unavailable due to environmental or international supply issues:
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers with similar ones of equal or higher value.
- Our florists will maintain the theme and quality of the arrangement without compromising on freshness.
🔹 Delivery Policy
- Same-day delivery is available for Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi.
- Next-day delivery applies to Peshawar.
- Delivery charges range from Rs 400 to Rs 1800, depending on the location.
⚠️ Note: Due to high delivery volumes, exact time slots are not guaranteed. Orders placed after 8 PM will be delivered the next day, unless explicitly arranged by contacting our team.
- Orders are dispatched on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- The Luv Box is not responsible for delivery delays due to factors such as weather or law enforcement activity.
- Incorrect recipient details may result in delays and are non-refundable.

- Clear photos of the product and delivery date/time
Complaints submitted after 7 days will not be entertained.
